The showers and washing machine are free to use. However, there is a fee for using the dryer.

All rooms are non-smoking.
Q5. Do the rooms have locks?
Yes, every private room is equipped with a lock.
Q6. Can I keep pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Q7. Are there age restrictions?
If you are under 18, parental consent is required. We do not accept new tenants over the age of 50.
Q8. What consumables are provided?
We provide trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies, cling wrap, and kitchen paper for shared spaces. Please provide your own laundry detergent and bathroom items for personal use.
Q9. How is cleaning and trash disposal in the shared areas managed?
We use a rotation system. The frequency of cleaning and trash disposal is determined by the number of tenants and the situation. Please contact us for more details.
